This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking technologies.
The enquiry form on this site does not send us data directly — it opens your own email application. If you email us, apply for a job, or contact us by phone, text or WhatsApp, we receive the personal data you choose to send (such as your name, contact details and message). We use it to respond to your enquiry, provide our services, or consider your application. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
This site is hosted in the United Kingdom by Fasthosts, whose servers keep standard access logs (including IP addresses) for security purposes. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, mapping software from unpkg, and map imagery from CARTO/OpenStreetMap; when your browser requests these resources, your IP address is visible to those providers. We do not send them any other information about you.
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to meet legal and contractual obligations, then delete it. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted within six months.
Under UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, email info@crcontractors.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
